Permissions Explanation

- contextMenus: To add the "Add to TabMan" option in right-click menus

- activeTab: To retrieve information from the currently active tab
- host_permissions (<all_urls>): To access tab metadata from any website you choose to save
These permissions are used only for the functionality described and nothing else.
User Control and Data Deletion
You have complete control over your data:
- Delete Individual Tabs: Remove any saved tab using the "Delete" button in the dashboard
- Clear All Data: Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data from your device
- Manual Deletion: You can also clear extension data via Chrome settings: chrome://extensions/ → TabMan → "Remove extension"
Data Security
- All data is stored securely using Chrome's built-in storage API
- Data is protected by your device's security measures
- No data is transmitted over the internet
- We implement XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) prevention in our code
Children's Privacy
TabMan does not knowingly collect any information from users. The extension is suitable for users of all ages as it only stores tab information locally without any external data collection.
